Welcome to the Arizona Game and Fish Department’s (AZGFD) resident off-highway vehicle decal renewal notice program. This site allows Arizona residents to sign up to receive an email reminder that their resident OHV decal sticker is about to expire.

This site is not where to purchase an OHV decal!

A resident OHV decal can only be purchased at any Arizona Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) office, MVD third-party service provider or online at  www.servicearizona.com.

What you’ll need to register for a renewal notice

• Resident OHV decal number, which is the same number as your OHV license plate number (Examples: 1234MC or 1234RV)
• The name or trust the OHV is registered under
• An active e-mail address

Note: If you have a new license plate and/or resident OHV decal, you must wait 30 days from the purchase date before you are able to apply to this renewal notification program.

At this time the program is not available for those who purchased a nonresident OHV decal.
